What are my delivery options?
We deliver all products personally to ensure quality service. Delivery costs £24.95 per order for UK mainland (additional charges may apply for certain areas). This includes assembly and a silicone treatment for added weatherproofing.
Please note the optional tantalizing process may delay your expected delivery date.
When do I pay for my item?
Payment is made upon delivery. We will contact you after your order to confirm details, and an invoice will be provided on delivery day.
What are the product add-ons?
Optional extras include sliding doors, hinged roofs, and winter protection upgrades. Click here to find out more.

What is pressure treatment, and should I include it?
Pressure treatment (tanalising) protects wood against rot and decay for up to 10 years. It’s highly recommended for outdoor durability.

How should I maintain my product?
Recoat non-pressure-treated wood annually with water- or oil-based preservative. Recoating is best done on dry days for optimal absorption.
What is the final silicone treatment?
A clear, odourless silicone spray is applied after assembly for added waterproofing, even for pressure-treated products.
Can I customise or extend my rabbit hutch?
Yes, our modular designs allow you to add runs, storage, or extra levels anytime, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
Are your hutches water or weatherproof?
Our gable roofs provide excellent rain shedding, ventilation, and durability. All roofs are detachable and felt-lined for added protection.
How do I access inside a run?
Runs feature mesh sides and removable lids held with turn buttons. Doors are positioned front or rear, offering easy access.
Can I customise the size of a bird aviary?
Yes! Our modular aviary panels allow endless configurations. Provide your desired dimensions, and we’ll help you design and build it.
What is the largest bridge that can be ordered?
Ornamental bridges range from 1.2m to 1.8m. Walk bridges extend to 4.8m. Larger bridges are built onsite and should be tanalised for durability.
Which bridges are safe to walk on?
Ornamental bridges are decorative and not recommended for passage. For functional use, see our footbridge range.
Can I order replacement parts?
Yes, modular designs mean individual parts can be replaced. Contact us with details, and we’ll provide a quote.
